Our Service
Hours of Operation
—Traditional hours of operation Sun-Thurs starting pickup at 8pm.
—We believe in suiting your community’s need, which is why we offer flexibility in our traditional days and times if requested.
—Property Managers and staff may reach out to us any day and time of the day, including Fridays.
Property Service
—No service cancellation fee nor penalty if you decide to stop using our services at any point in time.
—Property Manager will be provided with photographic evidence of service for each day.
—Electronic or paper invoice will be given and paid, according to property’s vendor agreement terms.
—Flyer of do’s and don’t, including more information of the service will be provided free of charge to include in welcome packets for residents.
Resident Service
—Resident’s bagged and tied trash will be picked up from designated container. NOTE: containers are provided free of charge
—Residents will place trash outside and picked up between the hours that are provided on flyer from welcome packet.
—Broken down cardboard boxes will also be collected.
—Small/large appliances, toddler accessories/toys, and furniture will only be picked up every Thursday after resident contacts Residential Valet 48 hours prior and agree to small extra fee in their next monthly rent bill from property. NOTE: This type of trash will be disposed in appropriate landfills not property dumpster/compactor
